      My family not singtel cust for donkey years but just got bill statement with negative amount.

      Have not call them yet. Anyone also experienced same thing before? wat is happening?

      What the....
      i called the number on the bill, there the automated voice asked me enter the account no. i keyed in it replied account not valid.

      If not valid how they get my details printed on their bill? Magic????

      the phone answering machine don`t even have a choice for me to speak to a human operator. I simply hate this type of service. it is like cutting u off.

      i wanted to speak to a staff ask them delete my details from their database. but the answering machine no choice to select to speak to customer service staff

      Actually I think I do recall getting the same bill a few years ago, but I ignored it thinking it was their system error. In fact last nite I wanted to discard the bill, but then think no harm calling them up. They will mail me the cheque in 4 weeks' time
